Welcome to our Site Gifted Hands is a non-profit domestic violence prevention program for teenage girls, the only one of its kind in the country. We are based in Kansas City, Missouri. Our objective is to prevent teenage girls from becoming victims of domestic violence, the number one cause of injury to women in this country. This site will give you detailed information about our special program. You will also be able to shop online from this site; please browse through our online gallery that is filled with wonderful, original pieces of artwork by caring artists. Fifty (50) percent of all sales directly benefit our non-profit program. Gifted Hands serves 600 teenage girls per year. Our goal is to reach thousands. Our program is free. We work with teenage girls from all walks of life, from, public school, private school; regardless of race, religion or socio-economic status because domestic violence crosses all boundaries.
